We at Luminous Skin Store appreciate your confidence and work hard to make sure your buying experience is flawless. Please carefully read the following policies regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges:

Reporting Damaged Products
Please get in touch with our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged. Our number is +92 310 6123889. For verification, kindly provide clear images of the damaged item and the order number or invoice on our WhatsApp number.

You can select from the following options if it is determined that we are the cause of the problem:

A refund

  • A replacement of the same product.
  • An exchange for a different product of equal value

Luminous Skin Store will also cover the shipping cost for returning the damaged item. The entire process may take approximately 7-10 working days.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • A purchase receipt or invoice must be included as proof of purchase.

Request Timelines

Please note that requests for returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be entertained after 24 hours of delivery.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • COD is available only in major cities of Pakistan.
